1.Why we always choose the impedance speaker when in a short distance ?

There is no doubt that the impedance speaker’s sound will be better

pressure speaker box,impedance speaker box without output transformer

and its frequency response is much wider, it can go to 10HZ-50KHZ

and pressure speaker box output only 150HZ-12KHZ.

2. Can we put a transformer in impedance speaker while in long distance so that the sound will be better ?

There is not must be good for the amplifier with transformer output,it can not be worked

to put a transformer in impedance speaker while in long distance .If you want to

add a transformer putput in amplifier, but also in the terminal box

that followed an impedance matching transformer. If you are a professional technical staff,

this is still possible, but if not professional ,we suggest you'd better don't like to change, because this involved and many design parameters, it may get bad with all your machine were burned.

In short, the impedance speaker and pressure speaker both have their strengths.
